RED N TONIC

Content:

  • 25ml GABA RED
  • Top with tonic water

Build & garnish

Finish: Lime wedge or orange slice

SENTIA SOUR

Content:

  • 50ml GABA Red
  • 20ml Agave
  • 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 25ml Aquafaba or egg white

Add 50ml GABA Red, 20ml agave, 25ml lime juice and 25ml aquafaba to shaker. Shake with ice then double strain into chilled glass.

Finish: Cranberry

VIOLET CUP

Content:

  • 25ml GABA Red 
  • 15ml Violet syrup
  • 25ml Blueberry juice 
  • 15ml Fresh lemon juice
  • Blueberries 
  • Top with Soda water

Muddle blueberries in shaker then add all ingredients. Shake with ice and double strain into glass. Top with dash soda water and garnish

Finish: Edible Flowers

SUNSET SPRITZ

Ingredients:

  • 50ml GABA Red 
  • 25ml Orange juice
  • 15ml Fresh lime juice
  • 3 drops grapefruit bitters
  • Top with soda water

Fill glass with ice, add all ingredients and stir

Finish: Grapefruit

LAVENDER TUMBLE

Ingredients:

  • 45ml GABA Red 
  • 45ml Lavender tea (chilled)
  • 10ml Lavender syrup 
  • 10ml Elderflower cordial 
  • 15ml Fresh lemon juice 
  • 3 drops Cocktail foamer

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Shake with ice and double strain into glass.

Finish: Lavender 

MUCHO MANGO

Ingredients:

  • 50ml GABA Red 
  • 50ml Mango juice 
  • 15ml Hot honey
  • 15ml Spicy mango syrup 
  • 15ml Lime juice

Rim glass with lime and Tajin and fill with ice. Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and double strain into glass.

Finish: Tajin & Mango

BLACK & SODA

Vessel: Rocks glass + ice

Content:

  • 25ml GABA Gold
  • 25ml fresh lime juice
  • Top with soda water

GINGERLIME 

Content:

  • 25ml GABA Gold
  • 15ml lime juice 
  • Top with ginger beer

Shake 25ml GABA Gold and 15ml lime juice. Pour glass and top with ginger beer.

Finish: Dehydrated Orange

PEACH BASIL COOLER

Content:

  • 25ml GABA Gold
  • 25ml Peach puree
  • 15ml Fresh lime juice
  • 15ml Agave nectar 
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves 
  • Top with elderflower tonic

Muddle basil leaves in shaker then add 25ml GABA Gold, 25ml peach puree, 15ml fresh lime juice, and 15ml agave nectar. Shake and double strain into glass then top with elderflower tonic.

Finish: Peach slice

PUCKER ME GOLDEN

Content:

  • 25ml GABA Gold
  • 30ml Fresh grapefruit juice 
  • 15ml Ginger syrup 
  • Top with soda

Add to shaker 50ml GABA Gold, 30ml fresh grapefruit juice and 15ml ginger syrup. Shake and double strain into glass and top with soda water. 

Finish: Grapefruit wedge and Tajin Rim

GOLDEN TROPICS

Content:

  • 50ml GABA Gold 
  • 10ml Passionfruit puree
  • 10ml Vanilla syrup 
  • 50ml Pineapple juice 
  • 25ml Orange juice 
  • 12.5 ml Lime juice 
  • 2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
  • Passionfruit

Fill glass with ice and the pulp of 1/2 passion fruit. Add to shaker 10ml passionfruit puree, 10ml vanilla syrup, 50ml pineapple juice, 25ml orange juice, 12.5ml lime Juice, and 2 dash grapefruit bitters. Shake, double strain into glass and garnish.
